Rigby Wedding Rentals Rental Agreement & Policies:
- Our business is run out of our home so please contact us to schedule a showing, pick up or rental return (call or text 208-243-1237, or email us at email@example.com).
- Reservations are for one day rentals whether the item is used or not.
- Pick-up time should be scheduled in advance & returned the following business day. Pick up and Return items at 170 S. 2nd W. Rigby,ID
- We are closed Sundays & major holidays. For Saturday or holiday rentals when we are closed the items should be returned the following business day (i.e. Saturday rental should be returned Monday).
- Late Returns fees will be taken from the security deposit and charged accordingly unless it was scheduled in advance.
- Security/Damage Deposit will be charged on every booking (25% of rental total) which will be applied toward late fees, damage or loss or cancellation fees. Any unused portion of the deposit will be returned upon the receiving and inspecting of the rentals. It may take up to a week to receive the return deposit usually by mail.
- If the deposit doesn’t cover the damage or loss of an item it is the responsibility of the renter to pay the rest of the amount.

- Cancellations will have a 10% fee taken out of the security deposit to cover the cost of Paypal fees and manually restocking the booked items to the website. The remaining balance will be sent by mail within a week of the cancellation.
- You may book your reservations up to 18 months in advance.
- Same day booking is allowed & will be charged the same rate as a one day rental. Our system has a one day buffer so please call us for same day reservations.
